Q: How quickly do you reply?

During business hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00, Sat 09:00–18:00, Sun 09:00–14:00 Morocco time / GMT+1), we reply to WhatsApp within 15 minutes and email within 1–2 hours. Outside business hours, expect a response by the next morning.

Q: How do I book a tour?

Browse our website, select the tour you'd like, and book it directly online. A 30% deposit secures your booking — the remaining 70% is paid on the day of the tour.

Q: Can I customise a tour itinerary?

Absolutely. All our private tours are fully customisable. You can add stops, change the overnight location, adjust the pace, or combine a desert tour with day trips. No extra charge for itinerary planning.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe for the 30% deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in cash (MAD, EUR, USD, GBP) with no fee, or by card/PayPal with a 5% processing fee.

Q: Is Marrakech Desert Trips a licensed operator?

Yes. We operate under the legal name Extra Mile DMC, with Moroccan tourism license N° 16D/19. We are a direct operator, not a reseller.
